Lisa is affectionately referred to as the “Pagan Martha Stewart” by many of her friends, and she truly embraces this title. From 1998 to 2006, she was an original board member of the Mid-Atlantic Pagan Alliance and ran the kids track at their 4-day Beltane camping event every year for 9 years. Many of the kids who came to the event with their parents grew up looking forward to coming to the Beltane event to see “Leelee” making crafts, seeing old friends and making new ones. For many families it was their yearly family vacation. Lee truly helped make this event a big family reunion every year. Ask any kid who was there, they all loved their time with Leelee.
She is a founding member and the Vice President of Woven Roots, she is the backbone of this organization handling everything from creating marketing materials, website construction and maintenance, to cooking and organizing food for the events as well. She has her third degree from the Tabernacle of the Great Rite and is a Kitchen Witch extraordinaire.
She has three amazing children and has been married for over 27 years to the same wonderful man. Lisa and her family have been a driving force at everything she has ever been involved in. She and her family embody the true meaning of service to the community and those who are lucky enough to have her call them friend truly know the value of the gifts and powers she brings to those friendships everyday.
